We offer international shipping to selected destinations worldwide. While we strive for broad coverage, certain countries or regions may currently be unavailable for orders; available shipping destinations are listed below. Our service coverage continues to expand over time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $300.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates provided for reference only. Actual transit times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier operations, shipments to remote areas, or other factors beyond our control. To ensure realistic delivery expectations and a more reliable shipping experience, Express Shipping may not be available in certain countries.

Order Processing
Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched once payment is finalized. Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process your order prior to shipment. Note that this processing window is independent of the estimated delivery times mentioned above.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number.
You may track your shipment using any of the following methods:

Simply click the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to be automatically redirected to the courier’s official website for the most detailed and up-to-date logistics progress.
Via Your Account:
Log in to your personal account, select your current order, and view the full tracking timeline directly.
Via Tracking Page:
Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your Order Number and the Email address used at checkout for an instant status update.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
For international deliveries, your order may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees once it reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information regarding these potential fees.
Misty Mirage does not collect or pre-calculate import duties or taxes during checkout, and is not responsible for any additional costs incurred during the customs process.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, any resulting costs, including but not limited to return shipping, customs charges, or handling fees, will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Please note that if the shipment is abandoned or destroyed by customs due to the recipient’s failure to pay the required duties or taxes, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Missing Packages & Delivery Issues
Logistics Stalled?
If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period, please contact us at support@mistymirage.com. We will assist in initiating an investigation with the courier and keep you informed of any updates.
- Our Guarantee: If the shipment has not been delivered within 30 business days and no tracking updates are available for an extended period, and the shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund.
Delivered but Not Received?
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier are considered successfully fulfilled. Misty Mirage is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the courier.
Any issues regarding "Delivered but not received" must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information. We will assist in initiating an investigation with the courier. Please note that investigation outcomes are subject to the courier’s confirmation and policies.
Recommended Actions
Before contacting us regarding a missing "Delivered" package, we kindly ask you to:
- Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation to ensure it was correct.
- Look around your delivery location: Couriers often leave packages in "safe spots" like behind bushes, under porches, or at back doors.
- Check with neighbors or your building's front desk/mailroom/concierge.
- Wait 1-2 business days: In rare cases, couriers may scan a package as "Delivered" when it is actually still on the truck.

Contact the local courier directly: They can often provide GPS data of the delivery to confirm exactly where the package was left.
Note: Please ensure a secure delivery location is provided at checkout.
Failed Delivery
When does a delivery fail? A delivery is considered unsuccessful if the courier cannot complete the drop-off due to circumstances beyond Misty Mirage’s control, including:
- Incorrect Address: An inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout (e.g., missing apartment number or incorrect ZIP code).
- Unreachable Recipient: No one was available to receive the package, or the recipient could not be contacted by the courier after multiple delivery attempts.
- Failure to Collect: The package was not picked up from a local post office or collection point within the required timeframe.
Note: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate, and that the recipient is available to receive the delivery.
Policy for Failed Deliveries
Failed deliveries caused by customer-provided information or recipient unavailability are not the responsibility of Misty Mirage.
If the package is returned to us:
- Reshipment: We can arrange a reshipment after the returned package is successfully received by us. All return-related charges (including, but not limited to, return-to-sender fees) and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund: If you prefer a refund, the original shipping fee and any return-related charges (including, but not limited to, return-to-sender fees) will be deducted from your total refundable amount.
If the package is abandoned or destroyed:
- In cases where the package is disposed of by the courier or local customs authorities due to the reasons stated above, no refund or replacement will be issued.
We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping address and contact information carefully before completing your order to avoid delivery delays or additional fees.
