Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $300.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates provided for reference only. Actual transit times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier operations, shipments to remote areas, or other factors beyond our control. To ensure realistic delivery expectations and a more reliable shipping experience, Express Shipping may not be available in certain countries.

Order Processing
Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched once payment is finalized. Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process your order prior to shipment. Note that this processing window is independent of the estimated delivery times mentioned above.
Tracking Your Shipment
Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number. You may monitor your delivery’s progress through our Order Tracking Page or directly on the carrier’s official website.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
For international deliveries, your order may be subject to local import duties or customs clearance fees once it reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Misty Mirage is not responsible for any additional costs incurred during the customs process. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information regarding these potential fees.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, any resulting costs, including but not limited to return shipping, customs charges, or handling fees, will be deducted from the refundable amount.
