Returns & Refunds

Self-serve returns

We accept full priced returns that are submitted via our RETURNS CENTER within 14 days of receipt

Please note that:

  • Sale, flash sale, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return and non refundable.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards when leaving our warehouse. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must be free from any signs of use, including makeup, deodorant, or other marks. While we understand that trying on garments may result in minor creasing, items showing visible wear, damage, soiling or alteration will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions. If a return is declined, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.

 

How to return

Please submit your return request through our RETURNS CENTER. You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Return process:

  1. Select the item(s) to be returned and return reason.
  2. We'll review your return request within three business days. If you don't receive an email within this timeframe, please check RETURNS CENTER or email us at support@mistymirage.com. Please note sometimes our emails are misdirected to spam so please check these folders. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Once approved, You’ll get a return address for the package.

(1)Securely pack all the returned items in its original packaging, along with a print out of your confirmation of purchase email.

(2)Ship the return using a carrier of your choice.

(3)Fill in tracking number through our RETURNS CENTER after you ship the items.

Please note:

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the chosen carrier.
  • We strongly recommend you to securely package your return and use a tracked shipping service or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Returned parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on all customs or postal forms.
  • Failure to declare the shipment correctly may result in customs delays, additional duties, or the return being rejected or sent back. Any customs charges incurred due to incorrect declaration will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us at support@mistymirage.com
 within 48–72 hours of receipt.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of the outer packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution depending on the situation.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change the size or style, please return the original item in accordance with the return conditions outlined above. Once the return is approved and refunded, a new order may be placed separately. We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully prior to purchase.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. You’ll also need a print out of your confirmation of purchase email.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
