Refund Policy
Self-serve returns
We accept full priced returns that are submitted via our RETURNS CENTER within 14 days of receipt. All sale and flash sale items are final sale and are non refundable. Please note, we do not refund initial shipping costs incurred.
We are devoted to creating fashion that stands out through distinctive design and refined detail. Every piece is crafted with uncompromising standards of quality. As a result, we take great care to ensure that every item we sell is in pristine condition when it leaves our warehouse. To maintain the high standards of our brand, we kindly request that all returned items are in their original condition, with no signs of wear, including deodorant and/or makeup marks. We understand that trying on clothing may result in slight creases or wrinkles, but we cannot accept items that have been visibly worn or soiled. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this requirement. In such cases, the garments will be shipped back to the customer at the customers' cost, and a refund will not be processed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our products.
How to return
Please submit your return request through our RETURNS CENTER. You'll need your order number and email address.
1.Select the item(s) to be returned and return reason
2.Select the return shipping method
- Ship with a return label provided by Misty Mirage
- Ship with any carrier of your choice
- Green return
3.We'll review your return request within three business days. If you don't receive an email within this timeframe, please check RETURNS CENTER or email us at mistymirageofficial@gmail.com. Please note sometimes our emails are misdirected to spam so please check these folders. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. After approval, please return your items according to the applicable return method.

(1).Download and print the returns label.
(2).Pack all the returned items in its original packaging, along with a print out of your confirmation of purchase email and attach the label to the box.
(3).Take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship. -

(3).Go to local post office or another courier, to ship the package.
(4).Fill in tracking number through our RETURNS CENTER after you ship the items.
6. You will receive an email when a refund or store credit is issued.
Returns are partly subsidised by Misty Mirage however a small fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs. We charge a flat fee of $20 as the return shipping cost for all international orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
