Returns & Refunds
Self-serve returns
We accept full-priced returns submitted within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the courier.
We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier of their choice.
Please note that:
- Sale, flash sale, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards when leaving our warehouse. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must be free from any signs of use, including makeup, deodorant, or other marks. While we understand that trying on garments may result in minor creasing, items showing visible wear, damage, soiling or alteration will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions. If a return is declined, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.
How to return
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our client care team at support@mistymirage.com. We will assist you with the cancellation and process a refund accordingly.
If your order has already been shipped, please submit your return request via our Returns Center.
Return process:

Submit Request:
Submit your return request by visiting our Returns Center. You will need to provide your Order Number and the Email address used at checkout, then follow the step-by-step instructions on the page.

Review & Approval:
We'll review your return request within 3 business days. Once approved, we will notify you through email, and the return address will be provided in the Returns Center. If you don't receive an email within this timeframe, please contact us at support@mistymirage.com and kindly check your spam or junk folders. Items returned to us without prior approval via our Returns Center will not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back to you at your expense.
- Pack & Ship:
(1)All items from the same return request must be securely packed in their original packaging and shipped together in a single parcel.
(2)Please ensure your order number is clearly included inside the return package to help us process your return efficiently.
(3)Returned parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on all customs or postal forms.
(4)Ship the package using a courier of your choice.
(5)After shipping your package, you must locate your return order in the Returns Center and submit the tracking number so that we may process your refund.
Please note:
- We strongly recommend securely packaging your return and using a tracked shipping service or courier, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Failure to declare the shipment correctly may result in customs delays, additional duties, or the package being rejected.
- Any customs handling or clearance fees incurred when receiving your return will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us at support@mistymirage.com within 48 hours of receipt.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the outer packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution depending on the situation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change the size or style, please return the original item in accordance with the return conditions outlined above. Once the return is approved and refunded, a new order may be placed separately. We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully prior to purchase.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. You’ll also need a print out of your confirmation of purchase email.
Refunds
Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the original currency of your order within 10 business days. Please note that Misty Mirage is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or processing fees charged by your bank or payment provider. Actual arrival times may vary depending on your financial institution.
